This is a all new holiday cottage which openned in May 2009 It is a 200 year old farmhouse on the edge of the bois d'homme forest, which has been completely rebuilt . It now has 4 large bed rooms, and two bathrooms, to provide very comfortable accomadation for up to 8. It is ideal for two families on holiday together.
it is on a one acre plot and will have an above ground swimming pool and english TV.
it has a sunny south facing aspect, and is on a quiet country road with just the odd tractor to keep you company.
It is a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday, yet only a short drive from the D Day beaches.

The cottage has all we think you might need. The kitchen is well equiped with a dishwasher and washing machine. A sky box in included so that you can watch english TV. and wifi internet

There is so much to see and do in Normandy its hard to know where to start. We are only 3 mins from the local viaduct , which is now the site of a adventure park with a bungee jump and 100kph zipline, and a very good tree top climbing experience. A must for active teeneagers. Fishing is excellent in the local rivers and lakes, and a guide can be arranged as can permits and tackle and bait. We can also recommend a day out on the River Vire in a canoe traveling up to 11km down stream, through stunning countryside. There are plenty of good local resturants, and other family days out. Plenty for all the family.
