Le Petit Manoir is a delightful large old country farmhouse that was part of a 17th century chateau. It is surrounded by fields, woodlands and stunning views for peace, tranquillity and relaxation. Situated in superb rolling countryside with outstanding views down the valley, you need look no further for a relaxing holiday. For those who enjoy nature you may be lucky enough to see deer or some of the many birds who inhabit the surroundings. 
 
If it is adventure you are seeking, 10 minutes drive down the road is the Bungee Jumping site of the Valley de La Souleuvre. From the viaduct you can Swing, Scable or Jump. There is also an adventure playground for our younger guests. We are also in the middle of the World War 2 Battlefields not far from Caumont L'Evente with the Big Red 1. In St Martin des Besaces is a very interesting local WW2 Museum, not far is the cemetery at St Charles de Percy and Mont Pincon. 
 
The open plan dining/lounge is spacious and comfortable, the large dining table seats 12 people, two large d seater sofas complete the seating, there is a TV & DVD player (bring your own favorite CD's and DVD's), there are books and games for your use. Heating is by a large wood burning stove which looks lovely when lit, very cozy on colder days.
