Ideally situated, near the lake of Gérardmer and some cable's lengths of the city, you will be conquered by this individual chalet, on ground of 800m2, in an impasse in the peace. Its contemporary decoration, its new equipments and its irreproachable cleanliness, will make you cross a pleasant stay. 
Imagine, have breakfast on one of the balconies, with a plunging sight on the pond, and our fir trees. 
Easy access, near the axis Epinal-Gérardmer; 
 
Impasse without slope, cleared the snow the winter. 
 
The parental room makes 13m2, with a "bow-window" of a plunging sight on the garden and the close pond. It consists of a double bed 140x200 (bought in 2008), a dressing, and an individual balcony (ideal for the peaceful breakfasts). 
 
The second room makes 10m2, you will sleep the head under a velux, which, if you leave the blind perfectly darkening opened, will give you the impression to have the head in stars. It consists of a double bed of 140x200 (bought in 2008), and a dressing. 
 
The room of the children of 14m2, consisted of 2 beds simple 90x200 (bought in 2008), and of two small arrangements for their clothes. 
 
The corner mountain, and its convertible bed of very good quality (160x200 bought in 2008), gives access also onto an individual balcony (think of your breakfast alone together). 
 
Big Bathroom of 10m2, with big shower and kitchen sinks doubles bowl, will limit the line to reach the bathroom. 
 
Price lists get for 6 persons, for 8 persons please contact the owner. 
 
Charges in addition: Electricity understood at the level of 20Kwh, then 0,20euros supplementary Kwh. 
0,48-euro tourist tax a day, a person of + of 12ans. 
Option housework : 50 euro (for a classic housework, for a task more important to carry out, the price will be more raised). 
 
The chalet will be given to you in a state of irreproachable cleanliness, during your departure, that this must be returned we in the same state. If however it was not the case, the option housework would be charged to you.
