    An initial 100 Euro deposit is required to reserve the property On payment of the final balance (28 days before arrival date) a returnable security deposit of 200 Euros is also required There is a charge for electricity and fuel dependent on usage (approx 10-40 Euros depending on season) Towels and bed linen can be provided for 10 Euros per person per week Payment is by bank transfe in advance to my French bank account A signed general rental contract is also required prior to arrival.
