Bathroom with WC, hand basin with mirror above. Shower cubicle with normal and multi head shower and seat.
Kitchen with full size electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, washing machine, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
The living room/dining room consists of table and chairs seating 5 people, and a full size sofa and pouffe. Large storage cupboard.

Outside, there is private off road parking, patio furniture, BBQ, a private pool 6.5m x 4.5m, a small lake stocked with mirror carp (free fishing for guests) all set in two acres of land.

All bedlinen, towels and T-towels are provided. However, please bring your own beach towels.

Velorail, sightseeing flights of Limousin from a local airfield. Hypermarkets such as Carrefour,Cora, and E.Leclerc, are a 20 minute drive. The city of Poitiers is an hour away, with good shopping facilities and the theme park Futuroscope. You can also visit the Perigord/Dordogne region, about 60km away with its abundance of beautiful chateaus and many other places of interest.

Although the gite has a rural location, the capital of the region Limoges, famous worldwide for it porcelain is 30 minutes drive and has excellent shopping and cultural attractions, including the old city with it's cathedral, museums and botanical gardens. Also available within 30 minutes drive are watersports, golf and horseriding. Other attractions including go-karting, a velorail and theme parks just a little further. The second world war martyr village of Oradour sur Glane is only 15 minutes drive away.
Being centrally located, makes exploring this area of France so easy.

To book, firstly check availability for the dates required. From your email/telephone request, we will send you a booking form with full terms and conditions. On booking a 25% deposit is required and final payment to be made 8 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday (if the booking is less than 8 weeks prior to your holiday date, then the full payment will be required).
