This cosy well-maintained village property with gardens and pool is situated on the Haute Vienne /Charente border, close to well-stocked rivers and lakes and the little hamlets and granite hills of natural beauty known as Les Pays des Monts de Blond. 12kms from the market town of Bellac, with easy access to the A20 and Limoges to the east, and Confolens and Angoulême (in the Charente) to the west. The family accommodation comprises ground floor dining room with large farmhouse table and door to garden, fully equipped kitchen area with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and dishwasher; living room with stairs leading to 1st floor with views to gardens and swimming pool - 2 double bedrooms (one with twin beds with option of further bed or baby cot) both with en suite shower rooms and double glazed windows. Wood burner stove for winter months. The small patio is perfect for evening barbeques. Bikes are available for the family with plenty of maps and information to help you explore the area. Daily or holiday fishing permits for local river and lake fishing. 
LOW SEASON mid-week bookings accepted.
