The newly renovated cottage is in the heart of the village. The shop and bar/restaurant are a 2 minute walk away. The village is a bustling rural farming community with a warm and welcoming feel. 
 
MOST OF THE FURNITRE, APPLIANCES, LINENS, BEDDING, CROCKERY, UTENSILS, FLOORING ETC ARE NEW. 
 
BEDROOM - Twin beds, bedside tables, lamps, wardrobe, chair, chest of drawers, laundry basket, clock, carpet, curtains, radiator, view to church. Room for a child's bed/cot (available on request). 
 
BATHROOM - Shower cubicle, basin unit (full-sized mirror, storage cupboard), loo, lino flooring, heated towel rail. 
 
LOUNGE - Leather 3 piece suite, cushions, lamps, coffee tables, bookcase, TV unit, TV, UK Sky satelite TV, DVD, stereo, coat/hat rack, wine rack, fan, books, DVDs, carpet, curtains, radiator, view to church. Room for a 3rd bed (available on request). 
 
KITCHEN - Fridge/freezer, gas oven/hob, washing machine, table, chairs x 4, lamp, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kettle. Full set of saucepans, frying pan, roasting tins, oven proof dishes, serving dishes etc. Enough crockery, glassware and cutlery to feed 6 a full dinner party. Comprehensive set of utensils and knives. Bread boards, fruit bowl, mixing bowls, storage containers, cheese board, egg cups, jugs, decanter etc. Plenty of free cupboard space. Clock, lino flooring, radiator, door to back (south facing garden).

    • This cottage is in the heart of a lovely rural village. It is surrounded by the fantasic lush Limousin countryside with it's rolling hills, lakes and pine forests. The village has a well-stocked mini supermarket, a bar/restaurant, post office and 12c church. Larger towns of Aubusson and Auzances are 15 minutes drive. The ski resorts of the Massif Central are 1 hour away. Lovely Lake Vassiviere is 1 1/4 hours away. The cottage has a large lounge, UK Sky satelite TV and DVD. The kitchen is well equiped with washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, full sized oven/hob etc. The bedroom has 2 twin beds and room for a child's bed/cot. There is a private garden. Fully heated. Baby equipment available. Full information pack provided. Prices include linen, water, welcome pack, gas and local taxes. Electricity charged at EDF rate per KwH. Special rates for longer lets.
