Recently renovated country house set in 2 acres of garden on the edge of a rural village.
Yet surrounded by many places of interest to visit.
We welcome you into our home to enjoy your time in a wonderful part of France.
We offer three double / twin well appointed bedrooms each with its own ensuite showerroom. In the guest lounge area there are tea and coffee making facilities and a choice of books and tourist information.
An evening meal can be provided but please give us prior notification.
Included in our room price is a continental breakfast which weather depending can be served either in the dining area or out on the terrace with its views over the surrounding countryside.
Our heated outdoor swimming pool is available during the summer months and for those wishing to explore locally we have a range of mountain bikes for hire.
Our rooms all comfortably accommadate 2 people and for our younger guests we have a cot and highchair free of charge.
The local area is renowned for its connections to Monet and Fresselines has an art centre and many local artists open up their homes and studios for you to see their work. Fishing is a popular past time here with many kms of rivers and lakes to fish. Or why not explore the wonderfully scenic Crozant with its ancient chateau ruins dating back to the 12th century. We are on hand to offer suggestions on many different places to visit.
For those travelling on we are an ideal stopover and offer secure garaged parking for motorbikes.

The area is a wonderful location for painting and has links with Monet.
There are many kms of rivers and lakes private and public to fish.
Our nearby Lac de Chambon offers a wide range of activities for all the family from a beach to fishing and watersports.
It is possible to hire kayaks from just 5 mins away and explore the river Creuse.
Our local area is very scenic with ideal places to both hike and cycle.
Within an hour of us is an activity theme park, Limoges porcelain museums and factories and Aubusson well known for its tapestries.
For those more adventurous there is paintballing.

we will hold your booking for 48 hours awaiting your 50 % deposit. Should you need to cancel we reserve the right to retain your deposit if we cannot relet your room. If we need to cancel your booking we will refund you in full. further details are available on our conditions page of our website. We accept euro cheque or eurocash. Otherwise we can send you a paypal invoice.
