Vacation Rental Description
The gite (cottage) has one bedroom with one double and one single bed upstairs. Downstairs is the sitting/dining and kitchen area. The spacious bathroom is also downstairs and has a shower, lavatory & basin. 
The garden is directly in front of the gite where there is a terrace and a Maple tree which gives plenty of shade in the summer months. The hamlet of Le Chez is inhabited by us and our gite guests so is very tranquil.  
We have another backgarden ourselves so you may not even notice us. We can offer free Wifi.  
The village of St.Vaury is 1 km away where there are several small commerces (2 bakeries, one charcuterie, one post office, 2 banks, 2 tabacs, 2 doctors, one pharmacie, one dentist, 2 bars and a restaurant. 
For more major shopping Gueret is 10 minutes drive away where you will find a large choice of supermarkets ( 6) and many other shops, commerces and restaurants. Also two museums.

    • There is a terrace and garden directly outside the front door of the cottage. The gite has a wood burning stove for colder months which heats the whole cottage. The bedroom & bathroom have electric fan heaters. The cooker has an oven & 4 hobs (gas). There is no washing machine but I can do a load for you ( 1 euro per kilo).
