Set in an absolute peaceful location, reachable by a small dead end drive, with a vast garden (2000 Sq.mt), this farmhouse, sun exposed, is surrounded by an undulating landscape of large meadows and woods..
The total living surface of 115 Sq.mt is at garden level
Floors are in ancient parquet but the living room and the sanitaries in tiled floor
Living room 38 Sq.mt with apparent stone walls, beam ceiling, sofa-bed 2 persons, and a traditional inglenook fireplace "cantou".
