Can Sepp is a French country house, situated in a quiet, rural setting. It is located in Languedoc, between Montpellier and Nîmes, ca. 25 min. away from the sea and 30 min. from Cevennes. It is rented as an independent and free standing house, with its well kept garden (2800 m²) and the big illuminated pool (13 x 5 m). There is also a large garden seating area with covered pergola and garden barbecue, the terraces, the ping-pong table and a petanque-area. All the 4 bedrooms and the big eat-in kitchen with TV corner, have a direct access to the garden, pool and pergola. In the closed yard in front of the house, there are several parking-places .
The residence Can Sepp is located in the small town Villevieille, 2.5 km outside the medieval village of Sommières (Gard).The entire complex is located in a country side, quiet region, 25 minutes from the sea (La Grande Motte), and surrounded by historical places. Within 1 hour by car, there are 12 golf courses at an international standard: 5 of them are within 20-30 km. In the south, there is the plane Camargue with the Mediterranean Sea and picturesque Provence, with its famous historical places. In the north, you will find the mountainous region of Cevennes (National Park), with chestnut woods and numerous canyons. Can Sepp has a perfect location, , and it is suitable for an easy, comfortable vacation in one of the most beautiful regions of South France. This is an 'Eldorado' for sport, golf, culture and delicacies lovers.
The variety of this region is impressive and surprises its visitors with something new. In the south, there is the large plain of Camargue, with its sandy beaches and numerous lagoons. It is a paradise for the pink Flamingos, wild bulls and horses. You will also discover the picturesque Provence. In the North, you will find the mountainous region of Cevennen with chestnut woods and numerous canyons and valleys. The beautiful region constantly surprises its visitors with something new: Montpellier, Nimes, Arles, Avignon, Carcassonne, Uzes, Pont du Gard etc. Thanks to its historical monuments and buildings, the region was registered in the Unesco World Heritage Site. This area is also well known for its big wine producers.
The rental rate for 7 people (4 rooms) is from 1.300 Euro per week.
