Vacation Rental Description
This well equipped villa has a large sitting room with dining area, a kitchen, four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a laundry. The sitting room has south-facing patio doors onto a private terrace with a covered outdoor dining area. The heated 8x4 pool is immediately next to the large terrace, which has both sun and shade at all times of the day. Opposite the house is a very convenient summer kitchen with barbeque. The house is set in its own private grounds (approx 2000m sq) with mature pines, apricot, cherry and plum trees. The villa is only 5 minutes walk from the centre of the village, where you will find a boulangerie, an award winning butcher, a chemist, a paper shop, a general store and several caves selling locally produced wine. The village itself is well located for access to all local attractions. The nearest beach is approximately 30 minutes by car, whilst the Spanish border is around 25 minutes.

The house is comfortably furnished and generously equipped. The sitting room has a TV with a limited SKY package (all major BBC and ITV channels)as well as French Freeview channels. There is wi-fi internet access. A DVD player and a selection of DVDs is available for guests, and there is also a CD player with i-pod port and a wide and varied selection of CDs. There are several bookcases filled with an interesting and eclectic collection of books. In the kitchen there is a gas hob and electric oven, a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a full range of utensils.

The house is about 15 minutes from the A9 autoroute which runs north/south between France and Spain.
