St Marie La Mer is a family orintated holiday destination with miles of beautiful sandy beaches just outside your door it is within ten miles from the beautiful city of Perpigan. The apartment has been recently decorated there are two bedroom one with a double bed with plenty of storage space The smaller bedroom has two single beds with storage. In the lounge there is space with a dining table a double clic clac bed flat screen TV with Access to some sky channels in English also a DVD player. The kitchen is off the lounge, it is quite big with washer, fridge, 4 gas hobs, microwave and small oven big enough to cook a chicken. In the kitchen there is plenty of storage and and utensils. There is a fantastic balcony with sea views it is has table and chairs, lounger and a charcole barbeque! The beach is literally 2 mins walk away. The apartment is set in a safe complex which requires a key to enter there is also a private parking space.

    • The apartment is a few minutes walk from the area where most of the restraunts and evening entertainment are, which includes local dance called the Sardane typical of the area, a small market most nights and a few rides for the kids. It is a very safe place for familys to enjoy.

    A cheque for one third of the total holiday cost will be required on booking this is non refundable. You are advised to take out a Travel Insurance with a cancellation clause. Also a security deposit in the sum of £200 will be required this will be held until inspection of apartment has taken place when you depart. The final payment is required three weeks prior to commencement of holiday.
