Big flat (110m2) located in residential area. It is on the first floor of the house. it's fully equiped, with completely new beds and mattresses. one room with 2 single beds has a balcony, one other with a double bed has a shower and a lavabo, and the third room has 3 single beds. A bath room with a bath-tub. A nice, little veranda with view on the mountain, Mont Canigou. A garden where it is pleasant to have meals in the shadow of the trees. A barbecue is at your disposal and you may buy fresh fish at the port. you may put your car in the garden-parking. 
The beach is at a distance of 20 minutes walk. It's a wonderful safe sand beach, with a lot of distractions for children. Saint Cyprien has the label "Kids". there are also many distractions for adults as playing golf, sailing,boating, horseriding, hiking, dancing and so on. 
Saint Cyprien is very close to Spain. A lot of picturesques towns such as Collioure, Perpignan, Argelès, Villefranche, are very near and should be visited.
