Our modern 1st floor 2-bedroomed heated apartment sleeps 4-6 and is on a select residence with swimming pool (25 x 15m) & paddling pool. There are bars, shops and restaurants within 5 minutes walk. The beach of St Cyprien-Plage is a short drive or about 15 minutes walk away; the Aqualand leisure park is nearby.
Off the hall is a twin-bedded room, bathroom has bath & shower over & a separate WC. A double bedroom leads off the living room which has a kitchen area with electric hob, small oven and grill, microwave, washing machine and fridge with freezer compartment. There is a dining table with four chairs, two stools, a double bed settee and two easy chairs. A television, video, radio, cassette/CD player are also provided. Glass doors lead to a terrace with 2 tables & 6 chairs.
Duvet covers, sheets & pillow covers included but not towels; there is a travel cot but no bedding. Charges for electricity & water are included
