Vacation Rental Description

This sunny apartment has a comfortable living area with dining table and 6 chairs, a double sofa bed, various small tables, flat TV, DVD player and stereo plus a kitchenette with 2 hotplates, big fridge-freezer and a washing machine.

The downstairs bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm bed and a wardrobe.

There is a mezzanine with 2 single beds each of 90 x 200 which can be made into a double bed. It also has a big wardrobe, storage drawers and a bedside table. There are stairs from the kitchen/living room to the mezzanine.

The bathroom has a shower and vanity unit with good storage.

Separate WC.

Nice size balcony with big round table and 6 chairs and of course the fantastic view!
The balcony can be closed off completely by an awning with a huge window which gives extra living space.
There is also a canopy to pull out if the sun gets too strong.

There is a big fridge/freezer, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and the usual range of cooking and kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery. Washing machine is also provided There is an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, vacuum cleaner and cleaning utensils. The apartment is on the third floor and offers stunning views of the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees from every window. The building has a lift. The whole complex is secured by electric gates and there is a parking place for each apartment. The swimmingpool area (1 big and 1 child pool) is also secured by electric gates.

The Mediterranean's 2nd largest port, St Cyprien Port is 1.5 km away with a great selection of restaurants, bars and a wide variety of local entertainment offered during the summer season as well as shops, butchers, bakers, casino, museum, cinema, discotheque, chemist and a doctor.
Nearby you will find amusement parks, go-carting, mini golf, horse-riding just to name a few. Aqualand – a water sports centre – is situated within walking distance. St Cyprien international golf courses with 27 holes is only 3 km away.

The beautiful and historic port of Collioure is 20 minutes away,

The Salvador Dali Museum in Figueras is 1 hour away.

Andorra is 2 hours away.

This apartment is ideally located in stunning gardens, complete with shared swimming pool and about 3 minutes' walk from the beach and sea, with a beautiful sea-view to wake up to every morning! The Pyrenees mountains can also be seen from the balcony.

The apartment itself is extremely well-equipped, with washing machine, microwave, TV .... in fact everything down to hairdryer and iron/ironing board! Bedding and towels can also be hired at a very reasonable cost. Our teenagers are 14 and 17, but there was ample room on the mezzanine floor to sleep them in comfort. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure that every comfort and convenience is met.

There is a small but well-stocked shop a few minutes' walk away selling fresh bread, croissants, but also fruit/veg, milk, wine etc., We can thoroughly recommend the cooked chickens which are also available to order! The surrounding area has so much to offer, with bars and restaurants close at hand. A truly lovely part of the world, with a wonderful climate.

(translation......Comfortable but enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. There are all facilities you can imagine. Fantastic balcony in all weathers, where you can both see and hear the ocean. Ideally, with large and small pool for all ages. Beautiful surroundings. You can get fresh bread all day long at baker only 3 minutes walk away)
