Even though you won't have to travel far to explore all the opportunities for sport and recreation that exist in the area, once you arrive at your holiday accommodation in Clara, you might just decide to leave all the energetic stuff to everyone else while you simply put your feet up by the pool, just outside your door and relax!
As well as the self-catering pool house, Mas Noel offers B & B in the main house. The main house has 3 doubles and 1 single room available for bed and continental breakfast.
The pool house is brand new and has an open plan lounge/bedroom area with french doors opening on to the pool and patio. There is an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Separate fully equipped kitchen.
B & B is in the new main house with beautifully decorated bedrooms. Each room has an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. You can relax in the grand lounge or by the pool.
Mas Noel is owned by Pat and Barry Christmas who are retired ex-restauranteurs from Devon. Their restaurant was in the Michelin Guide, Good Food Guide and had an AA rosette. Although now out of the restaurant business, they are more than happy to bring their record of good service and hospitality to this spectacular part of the region.
Mas Noel, on the edge of the Canigou national park, offers you the chance to enjoy the spectacular and beautiful landscapes of the Pyrenees-Orientales.

The closest beach resort is Canet which is just 45 minutes drive away. There are also many beautiful Mediterranean beaches either side of Canet.
The ski resort of Font-Romeu is also just 45 minutes drive away - or if you just like sightseeing, why not take 'The Little Yellow Train' and enjoy the fabulous scenery.
There is a tourist office in Prades. There are two supermarkets in Prades and a regular market on Tuesdays (many stalls selling a variety of products) and Saturdays (smaller local produce). There are also many restaurants overlooking the town square. You can also get a train from here to visit Perpignan or many other locations.
Restaurant - there is a restaurant close by in the village. Tennis - there is a public tennis court in Clara just 2 minutes walk from Mas Noel, where you can also enjoy a game of Boules.
Ideal for hikers, bikers, walkers and climbers, with beautiful scenery surrounding you in all directions.
