For 8/10 people, this brand new house has : a vast sitting / dining room (60 m2) with central fireplace and satellite big screen TV ; 4 bedrooms with TV and 3 shower rooms, one en suite with massage shower and wc; fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and freezer; guest toilet; large outside covered terasse with exceptional view and barbecue; games room with full-size billiards table, ping-pong, baby foot, electronic darts board and board games.  
Bed linen provided.  
The swimming pool 10x4 is surrounded by trees and natural stone walls and has been securely protected for small children.

    Deposit required at time of reservation followed with a rental contract to be signed and duly returned. Balance paid on arrival and 'cheque de caution'(deposit in case of breakages)to be given in either Euros or pounds. The cheque is sent back one week after a total check of the house after departure.
