It is a beautiful house, You have direct connection to the water and beach. Our house is a paradise for families with children and retired people who want to relax. It is at a huge lake which opens to the Mediterranean Sea. From our house you can start sailing, water-skiing or wind surfing. To the open sea it is only about 500 meters. To go shopping you need a few minutes. There is also a swimming pool for grown ups and children, there is a little playground for children as well as little shops and restaurants. Sitting on our terrace you have a marvellous view over the judge lake, there it is absolute quiet and you will enjoy life. By the way our next neighbour is an English family, very nice people. The area of Le Barcares is wonderful to spend a beach holiday there are also very nice beaches with fine sand. For grown-ups there are many historic sights to see. The French cuisine is well known. You can buy fresh fish and barbecue it. From March until October you have beautiful sunny, warm weather.
Other Activities: Football, table tennis, swimming, surfing ,fishing, sailing, waterskiing.
The village of Le Barcares has a very nice little harbour, there are all the shops you need, there are also restaurants, cafes and shopping possibilities. From Le Barcares you can start sight-seeing tours to historic sights, as well to castles. The city of Perpignan is only 15 miles away from our house, this city has everything for shopping and going out as well as historic sites. Just come and test it, you will not be disappointed. The beaches are very nice for swimming and relaxing.
