Ideal location on a quiet street in the old town just a few minutes walk from the beach and with the main shopping street just around the corner with its cafès, restaurants and shops including butchers, one of whom sells regional specialties ready to heat in the microwave, a fishmonger and, of course, several wine shops selling the famous local wines.
The house has plenty of character with exposed beams and antique furniture (this is not a new property in one of the out of town holiday developments), yet with the benefits of a newly installed kitchen and bathroom as well as a cave or cellar with its own entrance and with plenty for room for the storage of bikes, etc.
The house is situated on a quite street in the heart of the old town, so you will be able to experience the real Banyuls-sur-mer. The nearness to shops, cafes, etc. will mean that going for your breakfast croissant from the boulanger or a beach front cafè a very easy a pleasurable experience.
