This fully equipped and very charming apartment is perfect for 2, 3 or 4 persons with its double bed in mezzanine and its sofa in the living-room.In the third and last floor of an village house, it's very quiet and light with 2 large French windows and 2 balconies.It has air conditioning.
The village is very beautiful with its narrow streets and its colored houses, its famous church tower and its " château royal".
You can go for a swim on the beach, for a walk in the hills and garrigues. You have coffee shops and restaurants on the seaside or in the village art galleries and shops.You can go visit romanesque abbeys, inside villages,museums, or take trips along the wild coast to lovely villages like Port-Vendres, Banyuls,Cerbère in France, Port de la Selva or Cadaquès in Spain.
You can enjoy sea-food and local wine and browse the outdoor market on wednesday and sunday morning.
You can go to the cinema on the evening or listen music in a bar or concerts in Perpignan or other places.

The apartment must be given back as clean as it was when the renters came in but it's possible to have a cleaning service. It's possible too to have a linen service.

Low Season Price : €500
High Season Price : €800 per Week

To confirm the booking, I request a 30% deposit.
The balance is payable by cheque or bank transfer 15 days before arrival.
A security deposit of €300 is payable by the renter on his arrival and will be refunded to him at the end of his stay.
The apartment will be find in a perfectly clean condition and it willbe up to the renter to leave it in the same state on departure. However a cleaning service is available at a cost of €50.
In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances.
Arrival and departure are on saturday.
