Beautiful private mas (farmhouse) for summer rental surrounded by a vineyard. The property has 3 large double bedrooms with kingsized beds. The main double bedroom has an ensuite showerroom. It has one twin bedroom and 3 bunk bedrooms, two large reception rooms, utility room and separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with microwave, 4-ringed cooker and oven, dishwasher and american style fridge/freezer. The house is on its own grounds (1 acre) with plenty of room for lounging beside the large pool. Garden furniture and bar-b-que are supplied. There is a dining area beside the pool shaded by a large willow tree. It is located within walking distance of both Canet and St.Nazaire villages and Perpignan is 10 minutes by car. Canet village has a selection of supermarkets, restaurants and bars. There is local transport to Canet beach and further into Perpignan and cycle paths to the beach.

    • Upon arrival all beds will be freshly prepared with clean linen and fresh bath towels. There will be a small welcome pack (particularly useful for late arrivals) and should a cot or high be required these can be provided also.

    • During the summer there is a vast range of water sports along the coast from St. Cyprien to Leucate and fun fairs and aquaparks. In the nearby Pyrenees you will find white-water rafting, mountain biking, hiking, kayaking and other adventure sports and plenty of sightseeings and beautiful old villages and towns to explore. At Canet there is a vast beach which links up to St. Cyprien beach. There is a Petit Train which operates from Canet Village down to the seafront until 12 midnight. There is also a nearby ferry service that runs during the summer that will take you down the coast to Coulliere and Argeles. At St. Cyprien fresh fish can be purchased direct from the fishermen at the port daily. There is a large variety of markets on in the nearby towns and villages during the week. There is also evening entertainment at the seafront in Canet during the summer.

    A 30% booking deposit is required to secure the letting with the balance to be paid in full 8 weeks before arrival. There is also a damage deposit of 300 euros which if fully refundable provided no damage or loss has been incurred to the property or contents. Our cancellation policy is as follows: You will be charged 8 weeks prior to arrival date - 50% rental cost 8-4 weeks prior to arrival date - 75% rental cost Less than 4 weeks to arrival date - 100% rental cost.
