This beautiful property is situated in ‘The Vallespir’, a valley of outstanding natural beauty, thirty miles from the Mediterranean sea and at the start of the Pyrenean mountain range. Placed high up in the valley facing south it has stunning panoramic views of the opposite side, of which the high point is the Spanish border (a 30 min drive). The property consists of three houses built on three large terraces on the edge of four acres of its own woodland. Extremely private but not isolated, there is an old Catalan farmhouse, The Mas, on the middle terrace with very large pool and a second house on the top terrace with heated pool, Villa d’Olive, the third property on the bottom terrace is used by the owners/caretakers. 
Each property has its own driveway just after the main gate. Both the houses for rent have their own private swimming pools. The house on the top terrace, Villa d'Olive, has the pool on the lawn of its private gardens next to the orchard. The pool for the The Mas is set just below it on the very large lawned garden.

Both properties each have three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living & dining rooms, covered terraces for outside dining, lawned gardens with beautiful flower beds, garden furniture to relax and enjoy the stunning views. Flat screen t.vs with English satellite channels (inc. ITV, BBC etc.) dvd players, media players with over 70 movies/t.v. series, i-pod docks (for your i-pods) and a large selection of books and c.ds. Great care has been taken to tastefully furnish both houses to the highest standards with very well equipped kitchens, including dishwasher, etc. Also, there is everything required for outdoor living Mediterranean style, covered areas with large gas-fired barbecues and table & chairs, and the houses are fully supplied with linen, bedding, towels, etc., which are changed weekly. Pool towels are also supplied.

The area is a real walkers paradise, so a good pair of walking shoes is adviseable if you enjoy walking!  
The picturesque seaside town of Collioure is only an hours drive. 
There is also a fantastic golf course, Falgos, a 40 min. drive.  
Or just do nothing but relax, read, soak up the sunshine and look at the amazing view!
