Located 20km south of Perpignan this one bedroom apartment in the marina complex of Port Argeles has a large sun terrace and separate covered balcony, offering fantastic views overlooking the Mediterranean sea, the marina and the Pyrenees.  
 
It is a two minute walk to the 7km Blue Flag sandy beach and only a ten minute stroll along the promenade to Argeles Plage. The old town of Argeles Village with its twice weekly market is within a 5 minute drive and offers connections by rail to Perpignan, Barcelona and many other destinations. 
 
Numerous sporting activities are available in the immediate locality, including scuba diving, sailing, windsurfing, boat trips, fishing, riding, cycling, karting and a water park. 
 
For cultural activities there are many places to visit including Perpignan and The Palace of the Kings, the Dali Museum in Figueras and Collioure home to many 20th century artists.  
 
The area offers an ideal location to explore the local Catalan villages, Cathar castles, beautiful coastline, sunflower fields and Roussillon vineyards and the Pyrenean backdrop makes for excellent biking and walking.  
 
This Catalan influenced area offers a unique blend of seaside activities and mountain adventures.

    • The apartment is fully furnished and well equipped. The living room incorporates a kitchen area with fridge, hob, oven/grill and washing machine. There is a double bed settee, easy chair, dining table and chairs, sideboard, remote control Freeview TV/Video and mini hifi/CD/tape/radio. The double bedroom has two single beds that can be made up to form a comfortable double bed. There is a Cabine/storage room with large double wardrobe adjacent to the bedroom. The shower room has recently been modernised to a high standard and there is a separate WC. Outside there is a large fully equipped sun terrace (8m x 5m) with views to the sea, port and mountains, as well as a separate covered balcony with a sea view.

    The prices shown are for two people. For three or four people there is an extra £50 charge per person. The apartment is available to rent on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday. This is open to change during the winter months. A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking with the balance being required four weeks before departure. The price includes the provision of all bed linen and electricity. Towels are not provided. A returnable deposit cheque of £100 will be required against breakages, damage and loss of keys etc.
