The house has 3 bedrooms, a large fully fitted kitchen, a large salon which opens on to the private courtyard, and a bathroom with an over-the-bath shower, bidet, washbasin and toilet. There is an off the road, gated parking area in one part of the courtyard and an outdoor eating area with garden furniture in the other part. Two trees provide shade from the summer heat.
Puicheric is a village surrounded by vineyards and has a very interesting old church which you can visit. It has the river Aude on its southern boundary and the beautiful Canal du Midi on its northern boundary. There is a lake with safe bathing, a restaurant and a picnic area just 6 miles away.
