The modern villa is set in an attractive quiet private “residence” of just 32 properties with mature gardens. The shared swimming pool with sun terrace is open May to September. There is private off road parking.
Accommodation consists of:
Living/dining room with ajoining terrace equipped with English Satellite TV, DVD, CD.
Kitchenette, fully equipped with clothes and dishwasher, hob, combination oven/microwave, fridge/freezer.
2 bedrooms (one king-size bed, one twin).
Bathroom and 2nd separate W.C.
Rear garden with sun-loungers and BBQ.

The resort centre of Valras-Plage offers restaurants, bars, shops, a marina and harbour area and a twice weekly market.
The 4 Km safe sandy beach is only 7 minutes walk from the villa.

Bike hire, water sports and tennis are all available in the main season.

About 10 minutes from the A9, Valras-Plage is an excellent base for exploring the Languedoc or simply relaxing.

Sorry no pets. Linen available. Airports: Carcassonne, Perpignan, Montpellier, Nimes and Toulouse - served by budget airlines.
