Near the beach, the house, newly built in 2003, is in a quiet residence by the Mediterranean and is perfectly situated for a beach holiday. For those wishing to stay in touch we now have wifi access. Portiragnes Plage (8 minutes walk) has a Blue Flag designated beach. The beachfront has all the essential amenities, bakery, wine shops, pizza parlours, restaurants, tabac and ATM etc., but it is not overly commercialised.

Visit the ancient walled city of Carcassonne and the 'Paris of the South', Montpellier. On the other hand, you may, stay by the pool or take a stroll in the nearby nature reserve.

Portiragnes Plage is a small beach resort with a sandy beach. There are many restaurants and some bars, including a bar /restaurant on the beach. It is most suitable for young families and older couples. It has little to offer teenagers or young adults, except water sports.
