The property as a whole can accomodate a maximum of 12 people, plus a baby in a cot. 
The main house has four double bedrooms, (sleeps 8 plus baby in cot). The adjoining two bedroom apartment -available together with the main house but not separately - sleeps a maximum of four people. The apartment is NEVER independently let to another party when the main house is occupied by another tenant, so the visitors to the main house will not have to share the pool with other guests. 
 
Large garden, with a profusion of flowers, shrubs and mature trees, in the heart of the Village. 5 minutes' walk to restaurant, bar-bistro, wine caves, shops. Secure parking. Beaches 30 mins, Lac Salagou 15 mins, Pezenas 15 mins.  
 
Main Pool: 11m x 5m - gated, fenced and alarmed. Poolhouse with kitchenette, shower, w.c.  
Second Pool (in solarium) for fully-adjustable counter-current swimming/aqua aerobics. Available & heated to 80 degrees for the cooler months. 
 
4 Bed Main House: Spacious salon, dining room, 2nd. sitting room. Satellite TV, DVD, VHS, broadband internet. Superbly equipped modern kitchen (with large covered terrace immediately adjoining)equipped with twin dishwashers. Utility room with two fridges , clothes washer and drier. 4 double bedrooms, 2 with large private roof terraces. Full bathroom plus separate WC plus separate walk-in wetroom shower. Ground-floor cloakrom. Stair-guards. Gas BBQ. 
Full air-conditioning/central heating. Linen service provided. 
Sleeps maximum of 8 plus 2 babies in a cot.

Adjoining 2 Bed Ground-Floor Apartment, available together with main house, but not separately, has two 2 double bedrooms each with own en suite bathroom; kitchen-diner,dish and clothes washers. Private entrance (plus inter-communicating doors to main house). Private terrace, satellite TV, DVD, VHS, wireless broadband internet connection. 
Wheelchair-friendly. Sleeps maximum of four. 
 
Main house plus apartment thus sleeps a maximum of 12 plus baby in cot. 
 
The grounds are securely gated and entirely enclosed. Children can therefore roam safely without the need for "helicopter parenting" except of course when they are within the pool areas (which have their own defences against unauthorised entry.  
 
The house is equipped with everything which the owners have discovered, from personal experience, to contribute to the safety and comfort of children and the tranquillity of their parents, including cots, stairgate, playpen, high chairs, toys, games, books, potties, waterproof sheets, spill-proof cups and other accident-proof crockery, changing mats, and all the children's Freeview satellite channels for occasions when only the electronic cosh will do.  
 
The ground floor apartment has been adapted for disabled use and is easily accessibly by anyone relying on a zimmer frame.

A basic stock of wine, beer, coffee, tea, herbs and spices,condiments and sauces, pasta, rice and tinned/frozen goods can be provided on a "use and replace as fair" basis. On request, we will gladly carry out an initial shop before you arrive, and/or accompany you to the excellent village store to introduce you and assist with your shop if you so wish. We are currently building our own website to show in more detail what Le Parc and its beautiful hinterland have to offer. The new site will among other things offer detailed instructions on how to reach us by road, high-speed train and air (there are four airports within 30 -160 minutes of the house). We will also include numerous photographs which we will gladly e-mail to you should you so wish.

Colourful markets, wine tastings, festivals featuring everything from pottery and painting to jazz and opera, historical pageants - even punt-jousting and so-called "humane" bullfights during which the bulls ecape serious injury, but the matadors may not! - visitors to our region are spoiled for choice.It is a biker's and walker's paradise.

A 25% non-returnable deposit is required before a booking can be confirmed.In the event of a cancellation prior to 8 weeks before the holiday commences, the deposit will be forfeited by the Client. Within 8 weeks of the commencement date, cancellation charges will amount to the full rental unless the period can be re-let. The Owner will use his best endeavous to achieve a re-let, on the most favourale terms obtainable. If successful, a refund less expenses or losses incurred thereby will be made to the Client by the Owner. You are therefore strongly advised to take out a Travel Insurance Policy with a cancellation clause which may enable you to recover non-refundable monies. A £350 security deposit is charged. This is returned to the Client, normally within 3 weeks of departure, less any charges for laundry (for the linen service provided), breakages and any other damage to the property or its contents.
