Vacation Rental Description
Close (7 km) to the historic town of Pezenas, St Martial offers charming holiday cottages and apartments, in a traditional Languedocian French vineyard surrounded by vineyards, woodland and fields. Only a few minutes to the mediterranean in the south of France, built on the site of a roman villa (8th and 15thc.) vestiges, this fine ensemble of 18th centuy house brings the calm of wooded grounds and spacious suites with garden or terrace. Here, where past and present are one, you are at home, perfectly independant. An ideal spot to discover the area: beaches, Canal du midi, mountains and lakes of the french Herault National Park, montpellier, Carcassonne, Nimes,... All the suites have central heating. There are three swimming pools, including a heated indoor pool (heated all year).

Light and airy apartment with a fireplace, looking out onto the courtyard of Priory Saint Martial. A bathroom and separate WC. Central heating. Ideal spot to discover the area in all seasons. Peaceful and spacious accommodation (bed 160 or 2*80) with a harmonious blend of modern comfort and old world charm.
Situated on the east, looking out over one of the outdoor swimming pools, with a private area with teak furniture and barbecue, the "suite Le Chapitre" has television, and kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and washing machine, 2 ring hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, grill-microwave, coffee maker and kettle, toaster, vacuum cleaner and ironing facilities.

Booking conditions 1.The apartment (“the Property”) specified on the booking form, which forms part of Prieure St.Martial, 34290 Alignan du Vent, France, is offered for holidays rental subject to confirmation by Madame de Colombe, Sarl Saint Martial (“the Owner”) to the renter (“the Client”). 2.To reserve the Property, the Client should complete and sign the booking form and return it together with payment of the initial non-refundable deposit (25% of the total rent due). Following receipt of the booking form and deposit, the Owner will send a letter of confirmation and receipt. This is the formal acceptance of the booking. 3.The balance of the rent is payable not less than six weeks before the start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date, the Owner reserves the right to give notice in writing the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within eight weeks of the start of the rental period required full
