Ground floor studio in quiet cul de sac within walking distance of Marseillan Ville and Port with a wide range of restaurants and the world famous "Noilly Prat" cave. The studio comprises a spacious living area with American style kitchen.(oven, hob, fridge/freezer and microwave) There is a quality double sofa bed, colour T.V. Radio/CD/MP3 player.
Large shower room with wash basin and washing machine. Separate W.C. There is ample storage/ wardrobe space.Leading off from the living area are French Doors which lead to a private garden/patio with garden furniture. Parking is off street in a private courtyard where we have our own dedicated parking spot adjacent to the garden.

Linen is included in the price.(this includes beach towels) The apartment is valeted prior to your arrival and the expectation is that you will leave it in the same condition. Drying facilities are available, including drying rack and line. The sun sees to the rest!The kitchen is well equipped as the studio is our home for about four months of the year and we do enjoy cooking. The studio is entirely ground floor with access to the private garden/patio. There is garden furniture provided. Unusually for studios in this area, the toilet is completely separate from the shower room. Storage space is very good. For more information about us and the studio you can log onto our website - durhamflatapar.co.uk which will give you a better flavour of what we offer and some detail of the surrounding area.The Med and the Canal du Midi and the Bassin de Thau are very close by. The studio is for TWO people only and regrettably we do not accept pets.

Marseillan is well known for its sea food. Mussels and oysters are cheap and of good quality. The caves of Noilly Prat are worth a visit as are the range of restaurants available in Marseillan. These range from the cheap and cheerful.(very) and those where a mortgage could be appropriate. We are about 10 minutes walk from town along the pleasant side of the Bassin de Thau; a walk which makes for a pleasant end to a delightful meal in town. Who says that romance is dead.
Shopping is good with two supermarkets, butcher, cafes and a Tuesday market which is not to be missed.
