The house is in a rural setting in a very small hamlet. It is large and spacious sleeping 8 to 10 with generous well furnished child proofed facilities.

Four bedrooms, two doubles, one twin room, one with bunk bed and cot.

Sitting/Dining room with wood burning stove, CD Player.

Family room with sofa bed, TV (French Channels), DVD player, Stereo/CD Player, range of games, children's games tables with table tennis, pool, billards, table football. A range of books, CDs, suitable for young children and adults are also available.

Modern well equipped kitchen, (microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, over and hob, washing machine, etc).

Two bathrooms with separate WCs.

Large shaded terrrace complimented by large areas of open terrace with patio furniture (mixture of chairs, sunbeds, and hammock) plus BBQ facilities. Garden space for children to play. Own exclusive use fenced solar heated private swiming pool with separate hot tub.

Included in rent are electric heating, power, water, and bed linen. A travel cot/playpen, high chair, booster chair are also available.

Shops are located in Octon (5mins), Lodeve (10 mins), Clermont Herault (15 mins). Wide selection of restaurants with a short drive.

The house is very convenient to Lac du Salagou with its water sports (sailing, kayaking, wind surfing). Horseriding, tennis and great hill walking are all on your doorstep. City of Montpellier is just 50km which is a very attractive city. this would include the major beaches. Local rivers and the Lac provide alternative swiming.
Lots of local attractions of interest to the visitor.
