2 bedrooms one en-suite, sleeps 1 to 7, Garden, BBQ close to best beach in area.

PROPERTY:
Enter through own private south facing decked garden and shaded patio with BBQ and outdoor furniture for dining and sun bathing. Patio doors lead to living room, with corner double sofa bed, English freesat LCD TV/DVD & WIFI. Kitchen area with full electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. Double bedroom with safe & ensuite bath/shower.

Separate bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs large bedroom sleeps 2/3 - two single beds, one converts to double. Linen & towels supplied. Own parking space. Use of shared pool May-October. Car not essential as beaches, marina, shops, bars, restaurants, golf club, are all in easy walking distance. Close to Beziers/Cap D'Agde, Montpellier, Nimes, Carcassonne and Perpignan airports.

BEACHES:
5 mins walk is Plage Richelieu recognised as the best beach in Cap D’Agde, with many bars/restaurants and water sports stations.
Further down the beach or pathway behind the dunes is Plage de Rochelongue with more bars, restaurants and shops at Mail de Rochelongue – a nice alternative venue to the Marina for lunch or evenings.
The other beaches are located the other side of the Marina.
GOLF
Cap D’Agde International Championship Golf Course and 4 star Hotel is conveniently situated next door , ideal for a Golfing holiday with beaches nearby.
AQUALAND
Only a short walk away.
THE MARINAS
15 to 20 minute stroll away the Main Port and Marinas have an abundance of shops, bars & restaurants.
ILE des LOISIRS
10 mins walk away, a separate island with Casino, Nightclubs, & fun-park , crazy golf etc.

Booking held provisionally for week pending return of Booking Form & Deposit. Final balance payment plus a £200 refundable security deposit due 8 weeks before holiday date. Keys and full & helpful Information pack (incl full directions etc) issued 4 weeks before holiday date. Payments can be made by cheque in the post or bank transfer.
