Swimming pool is approx. 10m x 5m and depth varies from approx. 1m to 3m. It is secured by a solar powered weight bearing cover and by a pool alarm.
Plenty of space both inside and outside. Ideal for 2 families to share or for a large family group. Full heating available during cooler months so can be used all year round. Free phone calls to UK landlines.
In a beautiful area with plenty to see and do. Local places of interest include Beziers, Narbonne, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Pezenas, Valras Plage, Cap D'Agde and Sete. Cathar country is close by and this is France's largest wine producing area with local cooperatives in every village.

    • Emerald Island is a secure, well maintained, quiet, gated community very close to the Walt Disney World (less than 3 miles). There is a clubhouse with pool, Tiki bar, fitness room, concierge, games arcade and playground which has free entrance for guests. Emerald Island has plenty of open space including a nature walk. The area is 300 acres including an 11 acre wooded area in the middle of the community. Tennis courts and volley ball are also available. The houses are not as close together as on many other local sub-divisions and our villa overlooks conservation land to the rear. It is situated close to the 192 where plenty of restaurants and shops can be found.

    Prices are for a week (7 nights) for the whole villa and include bed linen and towels, end of let cleaning and reasonable use of air-conditioning/heating. Changeover day is a Saturday. 17 Jul 09 - 04 Sep 09 Fully Booked 05 Sep 09 - 25 Sep 09 €1750 26 Oct 09 - 31 Dec 09 €1000 A security deposit of £750 is required which will be returned within 2 weeks of the end of the stay once the property has been checked and the keys returned. Higher security deposit required if dogs staying. 25% deposit required to reserve the property. Remaining 75% required no less than 8 weeks before the stay together with the security deposit. In the event of a cancellation, refund of payments will only be made if we are able to re let the property. Clients must ensure that their comprehensive travel insurance policy includes cancellation cover and full personal liability cover for all members of their party.
