The house has 3 bedrooms; a master downstairs with next door bathroom, and 2 bedrooms with a modern shared shower room upstairs.

Large open plan living, dining room and kitchen. Views to golf course and the lake through large glass doors to covered terrace. The living room is comfortably decorated; plenty of sofas, a large plasma TV, working fireplace.
The dining room has a table to seat 6 people. It goes through to the kitchen area with an 'american breakfast bar' and stools, and an American fridge. From the kitchen there is a separate cooking area (almost like a second kitchen)
Small hallway leading to downstairs bathroom and master bedroom. The bathroom has basin, sunken corner bath with handheld shower head and bidet. End of the hallway is master bedroom with a double bed, TV, clothes rail. with view on to the terrace. Separate WC adjacent.
Upstairs
Independent wc, double bedroom and a balcony with views across golf course plus TV/DVD.
Second bedroom is a twin/double, small dressing area close by and opposite a shower room.
