The house has just had a complete refit and been luxuriously finished to the highest standard, Including Air conditioned bedrooms, a fantastic large roof terrace, and a swimming pool, plus flat screen tvs in all bedrooms, a well equipped children's play area, and some services like baby sitting on demand

Maid service is provided 3 times a week for 2 hours.

A large terrace, with 3 wrought iron tables and parasols, runs the length of the house. A luxurient lawn with mature trees runs down to the pool area. The 12x6m (1.2-2m deep) swimming pool (partly walled, partly fenced) has an enormous sunny terrace with plenty of loungers and a covered terrace with very comfortable wicker furniture and a pool house. Lots of comfortable 'chaise longue'. A well equipped children's playground and a ping pong table. The whole two and a half acre property is completely enclosed, and has an electric gate at the entrance. Private car-parking for upto 6 cars.

Parc Naturel du Haut Languedoc 30km North. Great canoeing on the river Orb.
