Vacation Rental Description
This spacious property, dating from 1880, stands in 15 hectares of wheat fields, on the west bank of the Orb river opposite which rise the ramparts of Béziers, crowned by the majestic rose window of the cathedral. The elegant backdrop to the terrace garden, the pool, and the orchard/meadow beyond, and the luxuriant shrubbery, palms and trees, including a fine plane tree, make of this “domaine” an oasis of restfulness. Exceptional swimming pool with overflow.You can spend hours sun-bathing, swimming in the pool or reading in the shade. The swimming pool is 64 m2, depth from 2.6 ft (0.80m) to 9.2 ft (2.80m), entered by steps and with safety ledge all around is very large within a nice environment. The swimming pool faces southwest for a maximum sun. The house has eastern exposure, so you can have breakfast in the sun, lunch in the sun or in the shade as you prefer. And in the evening you can treat yourself to a candle-light diner in the garden (night lighting available).
Facilities
Accomodation includes 4 bedrooms (at 1st floor) : 2 bedrooms with double beds (opening the balcony overlooking terrace garden), one bedroom with 2 single beds, and the fourth with one double bed and 2 single beds (overlooking farmland). A door separates the blue and the yellow rooms. All rooms are connected to the hallway. Bathroom has a bath, separate shower and 2 basins. Separate wc. Also there is a shower and separate wc near the living-room on the ground floor. Spacious kitchen (large table and chairs, generous cupboards and worktop, double sink, 4 rings, oven) overlooks and opens to the terrace garden as does living-room with large dining table and generous confortable seating. TVDVD player, and wireless internet access, large flat screen TV with english satellite channels. Equipement includes : open fire, dishwasher, washing machine, deepfreeze, microwave, , BBQ. On demand: a 5th bedroom .

All prices are per week from saturday 4pm to saturday 9 am. On booking, a 40% deposit is required, and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before arrival. Damage deposit 400 € - Final cleaning 80 €, All linen ( sheets + towels + towels for the swimming pool) is included as well as cleaning products. On demand: housekeeping, cooking and baby-sitting.
