Vacation Rental Description
This is a fresh and stylishly decorated self-catering apartment. Patio doors lead from the kitchenette at the front and the bedroom to the rear, both onto private terraces. It comes with English TV, including BBC, ITV, Ch4, film4, E4, DVDs and french tv of course! Wifi Internet access is available, heating/ air conditioning, the bedroom has mosquito screen to fall asleep to the sound of nature & the bathroom is stylishly fitted with twin headed shower & full bath. There is another poolside WC & solar-heated shower. The apartment is also fitted with a kitchenette which provides fridge with icebox, a 2 ring stove, modern fitted units, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery, etc. There is easy access to a new in-ground pool (usage from c. May-early Oct), great for topping up the tan! A BBQ is available for year-round al fresco eating. Climate ctrl heat / aircon, with mosquito screens, so fall asleep to nature sounds! Set in tranquility.  
 
The location is perfect for relaxing or activities with minutes drive to Beziers & shopping, the airport, beaches, horse-riding, hillwalking, cathar culture, wine-tasting, cycling & golf. Sailing lessons are available during the summer months & there is skiing 2 hours drive into the Pyrenees for the winter. The apartment is totally secluded with no busy roads and only the sounds of nature. The views are over the gardens, the pool and the neighbouring vineyards. We are in a village with usual French charm & cafes, restaurants, etc.

    • The pool is shared with the next door villa only (max sleep is 6) which is let only during medium & high season. It is available for rent also if occupants of the apartment wish to bring more with them. Each are secluded from eachother & offer many separate & private terraces. We do not charge a cleaning fee where the apartment is left as found. This is a typical saving of around 50 euros compared to other vacation lets. English TV includes BBC, ITV, CNN, Film 4, E4, Ch4. Some SPanish, Arabic, etc. channels also available. DVD provided with extensive DVD film list!

    To secure your booking you can make a 50% deposit of your stay's total amount. This can be made in Euros or Sterling. We will reimburse 50% of this deposit should you cancel prior to 30 days of your arrival. We request a 100 euro damage deposit to be paid upon arrival which will be reimbursed at the end minus the cleaning & laundry fee of 30 euros.
