Situated in the quiet and peaceful countryside near the Mediterranean sea, the Domaine de Beaumont offers a selection of nine beautifully converted villas, ideal for a holiday in the south of France. The villas are styled differently, and are attractively furnished in a modern open-plan, yet all have Mediterranean charm. Each villa has his own private garden area, with barbecue, table and chairs so holidaymakers can have their meal 'al fresco'. facilities on the domain: fresh bread delivery daily, two large swimming-pool, free use of Tennis court, Mediterranean Restaurant and Wine bar, free wine tasting each week, Children's supervised play area & Kids Club. The long sandy beaches of the coast are only a short drive away, with Rochelongue beach, just to the west of Cap d’Agde, and Marseillan plage being two of the very best. Further details indoors: There are 3 rooms (1double room with king size bed, 2twin rooms ), Living/dining room (american style) with sofa, chairs, dinning table & chairs, 1 Bathroom (7-10m2),1 WC There is a well equipped kitchen area with breakfast bar, Fridge, Dishwasher, Hob, Oven, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster..There is a baby cot available on request. Also each villa is fully-equipped with a private garden with BBQ, table chairs and sun loungers. Regarding to the creche, you can either book a place during your reservation of your villa or on arrival.

Located just 3 kms from the historic town of Agde and within 5 kms of the Mediterranean, the villas at the Domaine de Beaumont are a tranquil oasis set in the middle of a working vineyard. The Domaine extends to some 70 hectares. The long sandy beaches of the coast are only a short drive away.

Nearest Train : Agde at 3 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : Bessan/Agde at 10 Kilometres Nearest Beach : beach at 5.0 Kilometres Car: necessary The Domaine has an excellent range of facilities. There are two large swimming pools with shallow ends for younger swimmers, surrounded by furnished sun terraces and are fenced for safety. Also the tennis court is open to the guests and free of charge. The on-site restaurant serves local gastronomic Mediterranean dishes and children's menu. One of the most popular facilities is the crèche, which is available daily except Sundays for children aged between 1 and 10.
Activities
Domaine de Beaumont is well located if you want to explore this fascinating region. Agde, with its bustling old streets and an imposing 12th century cathedral, is only 3 kms. Nearby Marseillan was originally settled by the Phoenicians around 535BC and is the home of the vermouth Noilly Prat. At Marseillan Plage there is a wonderful sandy beach. The modern resort of Cap D’Agde offers a wide range of leisure activities and a 14 km stretch of beach. Nearby Pezenas is a beautiful medieval market town with some wonderful 16th and 17th century buildings and was also the home for a period of the playwright Moliere. Beziers is well worth a visit and has some excellent restaurants and cafes. Slightly further away are the dynamic cities of Montpellier with an interesting mix of old and 21st century architectural styles and the historic cite of Carcassonne with its magnificent walled city.

Reservation and Payment A deposit of 30% of the holiday cost is required to reserve a holiday. The balance is due 90 days before arrival. Where holidays of two weeks or more are booked, then a discount of 5% will be given for each week after the first week. Cancellation In the case where the holiday is cancelled at least 8 weeks before the holiday, Domaine de Beaumont will reimburse 70% of the amount paid. In the case where the holiday is cancelled between 8 weeks and 6 weeks before the holiday, Domaine de Beaumont will reimburse 50% of the amount paid. No reimbursement is possible if the holiday is cancelled less than 6 weeks before arrival date. To help prevent any loss in case of the need to cancel the holiday, guests are strongly advised to take out holiday insurance.
