The chalet is among a rather haphazard collection of beach houses, that were built in the 1950's and 60's before the major development of yacht marinas and holiday flats in Cap d'Agde itself, 2 km down the coast.
You cannot see Cap d'Agde from the chalet, as the resort is on the far side of a small headland. However, on a clear day the Pyrenees can be visible and in the distance Cap Creus of Spain!
The stretch of beach by the property is relatively quiet, because the nearest car park and access to the beach for the general public is appx 500m away.

All the accommodation at this property is on one level and totals 50m2, a few steps to the outside areas. One enters via the terrace, (parking and driveway are via an enclosed back garden) into an open plan room with a sofa bed and corner kitchen with all the facilities you need for summer living.
Off the lounge area is a small corridor with two bedrooms, 1 double room and 1 doubleable twin room, both with air-conditioning and overlooking the garden. At the end of the corridor is a small shower room with WC
There is a terrace leading directly onto the beach with a hand-held shower and a gate that can be bolted for safety.
In addition to it's spectacular situation on the beach, the property also has a walled and gated garden of appx 300m for al-fresco evening BBQ's. This space may sometimes be shared with the owner for parking since he owns the other small beach chalet to the left.
