A spacious property with 10 x 5m pool set in a large Mediterranean garden with ample secure parking.

Vacation Rental Description

The first floor property with balcony benefits from extensive views towards Nimes in the east. All rooms are tastefully furnished. The 15m lounge/dining room comfortably accommodates 8 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with many extras such as a 'large' fridge/freezer, juicer, toaster, microwave and other essentials. There is a shower room with toilet and an additional separate toilet with wash basin. Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed, bedroom 2 a standard double and bedroom 3 has two 3ft. twin beds. There is also a 'king sized' bed settee in the lounge. A barbeque and garden furniture is available for outdoor dining. Two mountain bikes are provided for guests to explore the local countryside or cycle along the Voi Vert to Sommiers.

A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 6 weeks prior to the rental. Any monies paid are non-refundable unless the renter is able to resell the rental period. Payment should be made by cheque.
