The property comprises of 4 bedrooms, 3 double bedrooms and one single/twin, 2 lead out onto balconies. There is a salon with open fire, kitchen with ice making fridge/freezer plus dishwasher. There is a built-in barbecue on the south facing balcony where beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed.  
Bikes are available to use, it is an easy ride to Uzes with its beautiful 12 century buildings, chateaux, restaurants and enchanting market. There is a golf course nearby as well as the Haras International equestrian centre which is literally in walking distance. Via the Camargue the beach is 50 mins away.

    • The house is on the first floor with stairs to its entrance. It comprises of 4 double bedrooms, 1 with a queen size 4 poster bed, 2 sets of double doors opening to balcony. Another room has 2 single beds and double doors opening onto balcony, the 2 other bedrooms have double beds, one with sink. The Salon has 2 3 seater sofas one 2 seat reclining as is armchair, dining table, fireplace, satellite TV, DVD, video, plus Internet. The kitchen has a large chilled water and ice making fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas/electric cooker and double doors onto the balcony, where there is a built in barbecue. The bathroom has a corner bath, shower, toilet and sink, there is also a separate toilet. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer downstairs. Garden seating comprises of metal/wood benches, chairs and table, other sun chairs and bikes.

    • The river at the end of the garden allows for a cooling paddle, though for swimming there is a beautiful water park set in woods nearby. The beautiful Uzes Golf course is approximately 3 kms away. 
    Available if desired is art tuition. The house owner is herself an artist and does run courses at various times of the year, staying on occassion in the seperate apartment which has its own access and garden. 
    Places of interest are Pont du Gard which is only 2 1/2 kms, The Nimes, Orange amphitheatres. Avignon pont, the Camargue with its rice fields, flamingoes and white horses. The Haras International equestrian centre is in walking distance there many horses in the surrounding fields including my own.
