Renovated farmhouse on 2 levels, both opening onto each other to create one storey. 130 m2 living space. All the mod-cons. Good thermal insulation. Sleeps 11. Three terraces, large balcony, 2000 m2 garden (well-maintained and planted with trees), very beautiful view of the valley, magnificent tees, 12x6m pool (child safe). 
 
In the Uzes/Pont du Gard region 1 mile from Uzes, 7 miles from Pont du Gard, 15 miles from Nimes, 25 miles from Avignon, 28 miles from Cévennes (caves, desert museum, cliffs), 35 miles from Camargue regional park (St. Maries de la Mer bull herds), 45 miles from Montpelier, 50 miles from the sea (Aigues- Mortes, Grau-du-Roi, Port Camargue). 
 
Two double rooms + 1 extra bed, two sofa beds in the living room, two single beds on the mezzanine. 1 antique rustic child?s bed. Bookshelves (literature, history, detective novels). 
On the lower level there is a bathroom with WC, shower and washing machine. On the upper level there is a shower room and separate WC. 
On the lower level there is a fully fitted kitchen. On the upper level there is a kitchenette. Garden furniture, portable barbeque, television, to parking spaces. 
1000-1200 EUR per week depending on the time of year. Down payment of 40? On arrival we ask you to pay the balance and a security deposit which will be returned when you leave. 
Available by the week, 3pm Saturday-11am Saturday.
