A very beautiful peaceful fully restored farmhouse.
3 large rooms, which can be configured as super king beds or Twins. Each has it's own en suite shower.
4th mezzanine room with small bath room. This room is above the kitchen, with 2 futon beds and limited headroom, thus really only a teenage or 'surplus' room.
There are terraces on 3 levels, with 2 outdoor dining tables.
Lovely natural coloured pool with safety cover.
The area is extremely lovely, the house is in a rustic farming hamlet...the most noise heard comes from the birds and cicadas!

Sit by the pool with a chilled glass of local wine, or venture further afield to Roman Ruins, vineyards, plenty of kayaking,quad biking etc for the young.

The house is very well equipped, with all linen and towels included in the rent. Stays of over 1 week have a weekly clean. The TV is also a video, and we have a large english video library. Internet is by arrangement. We do not have dial up, but can provide an internet card.
Tennis rackets are provided for use on the local courts. Sometimes we have bikes available, otherwise we can organise bike rental for our guests.
Cots and baby linen are included where necessary.
UNFORTUNATLEY THIS HOUSE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR TODDLERS TO 10 YEAR OLD CHILDREN UNLESS THEY ARE SHARING A ROOM WITH AN OLDER SIBLING. Enquire to owner for more information.
We have a larger house accross the lane sleeping 12/14, it is totally separate, but can easily be used for large parties/family groups etc.
Fantastic location all year round, with 300 days of sunshine on average per year.
