Vacation Rental Description

Gites fro 2,4,or 6 people.The Mazet is an ancient stone barn, renovated in good taste in to a beautiful sunny and breezy self catering unit. It will be for you a romantic retreat, or an opportunity to rest in style: two separate beutiful studios plus,possibly,an extra bedroom.A secluded garden area, a gorgeous terrace.
There is :
1.one space area, with a sofa/double bed, kitchen area with dining space, a bathroom, and the beautiful terrace with a breathtaking view of the medioeval village nearby, and the Rhone/Ardeche valleys plus another extra room,suitable for adults OR children. It is not suitable for children under 5.
2.another beautiful studio for two people, with a separate entrance and separate shower/WC.
In total the place is suitable for six people.By June there will be a small swimming pool available.

The main feature of "the Mazet" is its peacefulness and breath-taking vistas. There are beautiful rivers to swim in, at 10 minutes drive,and you can take walks in the next-door forest.The famous "gorges de l'Ardeche" are at a few minutes drive: there you can canoe,climb, ride horses,explore ancient caves,play tennis, rent bycicles.
The area abounds with wine cellars, good restaurants, colourful markets, ancient villages.

Cottage Rental Rates

Low Season Price : €200
High Season Price : €450 per Week
The price will vary according to how many peolpe will rent the Mazet: In high season for instance, the price will vary from 300 for two people,400 for four,and 600 for 6 people.
An account is required at reservation time of one third of the amount due.
One other third is required two weeks before arrival, and the remaining sum at arrival.
A security check will also be required at arrival, check which will be returned at departure,or after due control of no damages.
