Le Grand Mas is a large and very luxurious recently restored farmhouse. It sits in a quiet farming hamlet, 15kms from the town of Uzes.
The house has 6 bedrooms, including an intergral 'gite' for teenagers/nannies/grannies etc. It has 2 satellite TVs, 3 sitting areas, a large kitchen, and a second kitchenette in the gite.
The salon has a huge fireplace, and there is underfloor heating/cooling.
Bread shops and local bar/restaurant are a very short drive, or cycle ride away.
The house has a big garden and heated pool. 2 terraces with stone tables.
It is surrounded by vineyards and 'route blanche'.
The hamlet is so quiet, the nosiest things are the birds and cicadas! But there is plenty of 'action' and culture to be found close by.
The beaches of the Camargue are 60Kms away. Boat hire, waterskiing and doughnutting available.

Excellent walking,cycling,tennis, horse riding,golf, kayaking, vineyards,go karting,markets etc! 2nd house available with own pool and garden,other side of quiet lane, sleeps 6 to 8. Good for large parties. The houses are completely separate, but close enough for large parties to share.
Some catered meals can be organised.
We aim to provide everything a holiday maker would need. Hence all towels,linen,pool towels etc are provided. Along with 2 cots etc for babies.
House has a ping pong table, tennis rackets for use at nearby court, some bikes can be available, otherwise we can organise bike rental for guests.
The nearest town of Uzes is extremely beautiful, and has a famous large market on Saturday mornings.

Roman ruins and the Pont du Gard all nearby. As well as historical Avignon,Montpellier and Nimes.

Farmhouse Rental Rates

Low Season Price : £1200
High Season Price : £2500 per Week


Prices are £1200 low season £1700/2000 and £2500 high season.
We ask a 25% deposit to secure a rental, with the balance paid 8 weeks before rental period (time allowing)
£200 per week fully refundable deposit against damages.
Payment by bank transfer either in Euro or Sterling. Or if necessary, cheque.
A booking form will be sent out with all terms and conditions
