This lovely vacation apartment is in the charming old town of Beaucaire. Its large private terrace faces the River Rhône, across the river from the town of Tarascon in Provence. The handsome stone building was originally a rich merchant's mansion, named Hôtel du Luxembourg. Beautifully decorated with original art, the 3 bedrooms, large terrace facing the River Rhône, fully fitted, recently renovated kitchen/dining area and home office with ADSL broadband Internet, WI-FI and computer and Satellite TV (English-Language Television from the UK) is an ideal place for a week or longer in the south of France.

Only 15 km from Arles and Saint Rémy and 25 km from Avignon, Beaucaire is an ideal touring base from which to explore Provence, the Camargue, the Languedoc and much of the south of France. Nearby attractions include Roman amphitheaters, castles, medieval villages, Van Gogh landscapes, open-air markets, horse-riding, wine-tasting and boating. It’s a wonderful holiday rental for family and friends to enjoy historic Provence and the south of France combined with the comforts of home!

Nearest beach is Stes Maries de la Mer, on the Mediterranean about 45 minutes distance. At least 4 major gold courses within 20 minutes. Other major activities include winetasting of southern Rhone and Provence wines all very nearby. And some of the top restaurants in France are also close.

DEPOSITS: A deposit of 30% of the total of the rental fee is due when making your reservation. The balance will be due 45 days before arrival.

PAYMENTS: Payment can be made by PayPal. Or you can send a check to us if drawn on a French or US bank (If the US bank, in dollars at the daily exchange rate). Or you can transfer funds to us in France or the US (banking details provided with your reservation).

CANCELLATIONS:
* Cancellations received 43 days or more before arrival date: 10% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 42 days to 29 days before arrival date: 50% of the rental.
* Cancellations received 28 days to two days before arrival date: 80% of rental.
* Cancellations received one day before arrival, arrival date or after the arrival date: 100% of rental. No refund can be made of any insurance premiums
