Covered terrace (15m2) from living-dining room glass doors, with dining table & chairs. There is a further tiled terrace by the garage.

1500m2 of garden completely enclosed by wire fence, of which about 200m2 is well-watered lawn leading down to the swimming pool area. The garden is quite verdant with some palms, oleanders, mimosa and other mediterranean trees and shrubbs, which really come into their own from May onwards.

The 8x4m x 1.5m deep swimming pool has a safety alarm and is surrounded by gravelled terrace with plenty of sun-loungers.

There is also a large newly built BBQ in the garden.

This year the owners have added a 'bouladrome' piste for playing 'boule' or locally known as 'petanque' - the national favourite! The house and garden is in a hamlet so does have some neighbouring vis-a-vis.

There is also plenty of room for parking your car in the enclosed front garden.
