Vacation Rental Description
A very warm welcome awaits you at La Vue sur les Vignes. Our 150 year old village house has been tastefully restored to provide 3 comfortable and luxurious bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room with hydro-massage shower. 
The village of Quintillan is one of the "Lost Villages of the Corbieres" as it is hidden away in the folds of the hills. 
It's a wonderful area for walking, cycling, photography, and nature watching. Our wild birds and animals include eagles, buzzards, foxes, hares and wild boar. 
Perfect for lovers of peace and quiet, but less than an hour's drive from the Medterranean beaches for those who want a more active holiday. 
Just 3 km from our house, the source of the river Berre has been dammed, to provide a natural swimming pool that stays at a constant 20 degrees throughout the year. 
All our tap water is supplied by one of the five natural springs that surround the village, and all our food is freshly prepared from top quality ingredients. 
During the summer, the street outside our house plays host to our Summer Cafe, with reasonably priced meals available at lunchtime and evening, without need for reservation

    • On the ground floor, we have an indoor garden and sitting room, where our guests can relax with a glass of wine, a cup of tea or coffee and a good book! Just off the dining room is our terrace, with views over the adjacent vineyards to the hills beyond.

    • While Quintillan is peaceful and relaxing, you can find all facilities within an hour's drive of the house. Driving here is relatively easy, as there is so little traffic, so even the short drive to and from the village will not stress you out.

    Prices quoted are per room, for 2 adults sharing, and include breakfast of your choice. Deposits of 25% requested for stays of more than 3 nights. Deposits will be refunded if cancellation is received up to 14 days before proposed stays. We can accept cheques drawn on French bank accounts, or cash. At the moment, we can't accept credit cards. If you wish to make electronic payments, please ask us for our bank details.
