Spacious village house in the heart of the winegrowing area of the Minervois, 20 minutes from Carcassonne with its beautiful fortified city, 30 minutes from Narbonne and 50 minutes from the Mediterranean coats with its fabulous beachers. The village has its own open air swimming pool and there are two swimming lakes close by.
The house has a large private garden with secure parking, an upper terrace and courtyard. It has a large barbecue area and outside shower! It has oil fired central heating. There are two large bedrooms and a well equipped kitchen. It also has a downstairs toilet. The bathroom has a shower and hand basin and there is a separate toilet. All linen, bath towels etc included in the price.
