The houses are built in the old traditional style and are set in wonderful gardens surrounded by a beautiful countryside.
Chateau de la Motte
Located in Languedoc (south of France) near the town of Narbonne, on the outskirts of the small village of Marcorignan.
It is possible to rent a house sleeping for 4 or 6 people. The houses have been built into the walls of the old fortified farm buildings that are attached to the family castle. Hidden away beneath the charm of the old stone and rambling ivy, the interiors are both modern and comfortable. The houses were renovated a few years ago and retain much of their original charm; the rooms have some pieces of antique furniture.
Each house has its own garden with luxuriant vegetation, which allows for complete privacy.
The two-bedroom house has a double and a twin bedroom with a bathroom and a separate WC; the three-bedroom house has a double and two twin bedrooms with bathroom and separate WC. The other facilities are similar.
Kitchen – fully equipped kitchen (oven, hotplates, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, etc).
General – a shared laundry room
Private garden - barbecue, patio/garden furniture
Park - The swimming pool (12m x 6m) is situated in the tree acres grassy park covered with pines, oleander bushes and olive trees. In this beautiful park you will also find ample playing facilities for children (swings, table football, table-tennis, basketball net, volleyball court, “pétanque” court, etc.).
The domain is extremely vast (50ha) and is perfect for walks and cycle rides.

The Languedoc region is renowned for its countryside, history, reasonable restaurants and plentiful wine. The area is particularly known for its immense sandy beaches, its salt-water lakes and the picturesque Canal du Midi. The history is testified in Cathar castles, Cistercian abbeys and the medieval walled city of Carcassonne.
For sports fanatics the area offers tennis court (in the village), horse riding, windsurfing, diving, climbing, fishing, etc.
